The PQT Consultancy was founded by Jürgen Seybold on January 1st, 2006.
The PQT Consultancy offers services mainly to industrial partners in the competence areas business development, acquisition and bidding, project, quality and intellectual property management, review and auditing of company processes, system and services certification, and generation and analysis of satellite navigation data.

 

Quality and project management procedures implemented for projects at PQT are in accordance with the rules and regulations as defined in ISO 9001:2000; 12/2000.
ESA ECSS quality, project management and engineering standards are considered during project definition, design, verification and validation.

The know-how is widely based on the professional experience of Jürgen Seybold, founder and General Manager of the companies.

• From 2001 to 2005 he was Partner and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of TeleGroup, a group of small and medium enterprises (SME).
• From 1994 to 2001 he worked for Alcatel / Airsys Navigation Systems GmbH as executive manager in the areas of project, product, quality, and intellectual property management.
• From 1998 to 2001 he was additionally the Representative of the German Aerospace Industries Association, BDLI, to the Navigation Systems Program Office (NASPO) of the German Civil Aviation Agency, DFS.
• From 1997 to 2007 he was Chairman of the Aviation Commission of the German Institute of Navigation
• From 1988 to 1997 he was in addition the industrial Advisor to the German Civil Aviation Agency, DFS (former BFS), in the International Civil Aviation Organisation, ICAO, "All Weather Operations Panel" working groups.
• From 1980 to 1993 he worked for Alcatel SEL, Defence & Aerospace Division as a radar systems development engineer and an air navigation systems project and product manager.
